Extrusion

The extrusion activity, entirely carried out internally by Alutitan for both complex and simple orders, involves transforming aluminum into profiles through the application of pressure and heat. Thanks to our consolidated experience gained over 30 years of activity and the internal management of the process, we guarantee high quality standards and fast delivery times to our customers.

Mechanical Processing

At our plant, there is a modern and well-equipped department dedicated to the mechanical processing of extruded bars or the components derived from them. Alutitan's Mechanical Department is equipped with modern CNC machines capable of accurately performing the following operations:

- Cutting (with automatic and semi-automatic machines)
- Milling
- Drilling
- Threading of holes
- Boring
- Stamping
- Assembly

Drilling, threading, and milling are carried out using state-of-the-art CNC machines, which allow for complex machining with tight tolerances. The use of CAD/CAM systems allows us to program our machines highly efficiently.

Anodization

The anodization of the profiles is commissioned to one of its subsidiaries, Tecnoal s.r.l., based in Fano (PU). Tecnoal, founded in 1977, specializing in oxidation and electrocoloring techniques, can offer a real palette of bright and distinctive colors, guaranteed by the prestigious Qualanod quality brand. In addition to the vast choice of colours, the company also offers different finishes, including satin and brushed, guaranteeing a final result of high quality and refined aesthetics.

Painting

Profile painting activities are entrusted exclusively to a select group of companies carefully chosen for their competence and reliability. Importantly, the collaborative relationship between Alutitan and these partners is consolidated by decades of mutual trust and shared success, thus confirming the value of the strategic partnership that characterizes Alutitan's approach to its manufacturing operations.
